WEMAPP has created a document analysis tool, using artificial intelligence, for the assessment of compliance with the rules for the protection of personal data and for access to documents.
However, a solution of this kind requires a deep knowledge not only of the regulations in force on the Italian and European order for the protection of personal data but the complexity is greater because it is not possible to create a "legal theory" or it is not possible to search for the "Foundation" of each concrete case in a law but, it is necessary to find the "instructions for use" in the general principles of the legal system. It is necessary to know the complex administrative machinery and its functioning in order to evaluate the administrative acts, by category in the categories of classifications that reflect the possible existing structure. In fact, unlike an ontological classification of procedures which groups documents into "classic" categories (tourism, culture, technology or deliberations, determined etc ..), our system must classify the information in more specific ontologies, which must reflect the machine administrative and functional organization of the same, associating the treatment in place with the procedure, the rules, the interested parties and so on.

Self-Assessment & Partner-Provided

Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire v3.1

CAIQ 3.1 Self-assessment
Offers an industry-accepted way to document what security controls exist in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. It provides a set of Yes/No questions a cloud consumer and cloud auditor may wish to ask of a cloud provider to ascertain their compliance to the CSA Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM).
(Deprecated)
Deprecated assessments do not necessarily indicate non-compliance. In this case, the self-assessment has not been updated in more than one year. We suggest contacting this organization directly to request that they submit an updated self-assessment.
