The contents are constantly being updated and always include new functions, for a complete user experience. The service offers precise information on waste disposal, indicating how to carry out correct sorting according to the rules of the municipality in which the waste is being disposed of, thanks to a constantly updated recycling list. There is also information on the service, email contacts and a toll-free number, collection and sweeping calendars with daily notifications, and a form for reports and requests. With a view to continuous dialogue with citizens, a satisfaction questionnaire is available to monitoring the progress of waste management.
