Judy Bagwell began her career in the legal field, where she developed strong skills in administration and project management. The shift to technology was driven by an interest in tech solutions and enhanced by studies in software development.

After gaining an understanding of CSA's mission, values, and processes in a support role, Judy moved into the position of Training Project Manager. In this role, she combines her administrative and project management experience with an increasing understanding of cloud security, course development, and Agile practices. Known for creativity and attention to detail, Judy is committed to continuous improvement and growth in a tech-driven environment.

Judy aims to enhance training projects and empower her team, ultimately providing valuable resources to the cloud security community and improving customer experience and satisfaction at CSA.
